Hunter Valley Retreat Photos

For those lucky ladies that came along to our Hunter Valley Retreat at the end of September, your photos will be postal today - YAY!!!!!

I have also created a Snapfish account so you can view ALL the photos taken. You can also order cheap photo prints and gifts too.

You are more than welcome to use as little OR as much of the kit as you want when creating your item/ layout/ project. You can add as many of your own stash items as you like too.

Here are a few sneaky peeks at our 4 challenge kits for our October/November 2009 Back 2 Basics CROPFEST.
* There will be 9 kits available from each of the 4 different types.
* You will receive ONE challenge kit as part of your Weekend Package.
* You will receive your kit on the Friday evening after all attendees have arrived
* The approximate RRP price for each kit is $21.65
* There will be limited amount of kits remaining after all attendees receive their. These will be available for you to purchase at a cost of $10 each.

All challenge kits include:
2 X pattern papers
1 X 12x12 sheet of chipboard
1 X White cardstock
1 X Black cardstock
1 X Basic Grey mini die cut alphas

Here are a few sneaky peeks at our 4 challenge kits for our Hunter Valley Retreat 2009.
* There will be 9 kits available from each of the 4 different types.
* You will receive TWO challenge kit as part of your Weekend Package.
* You will receive your kit on the Friday evening after all attendees have arrived
* The RRP price for each kit is between $20.40 - $ 16.90

Merroo Conference Centre - Xmas in July 2010

Back at the start of August i attended the LSBS retreat at Merroo. This was my 4th stay at this particular venue - 2 being with LSBS and 2 being with past Scrap Girls retreats.

So with i was there i took some photos of the centre so you guys can get an idea of what the place is like ready for our stay there next year.

Our home for the weekend....... As you drive up the driveway of Merroo this is the first building you will see. Parking is around the back of the building and you can enter from the back too.

This is our dining room.

The sliding door there is the one you enter from at the back of the building.

Below is a mezzanine level where we will set up Creation Station tools etc.

The scrapping level - empty and half full :)

Loads of room to spread out and if we still need more room we can utilise the mezzanine level too.

Yes the fire place will be lit and located on the scrapping level

The shop has it's own separate room and is located on the mezzanine level - this is only a half shot as i couldn't fit the whole shop in.

Twin share bedrooms located in under covered wings off the main body of the centre.

Off on retreat

The car and trailer are all packed and i am about to hit the road off on our Christmas In July retreat.

I am so looking forward to meeting all our new ladies and catching up with the regular scrappers. It is going to be so much fun. See you all soon

For anyone that has contacted Scrap Girls this week and has not received a reply to their enquiry - i have not forgotten or ignored you :) i'll be responding as soon as i get back from this weekends retreat.
